Deadline is March 31, 2025 | If you encounter issues with printing your giving statement from your profile, please fill out this form and click submit. We will make sure your giving statement arrives in a timely manner (Please allow 5-10 business days for email delivery. Mail requests may take considerably longer to receive). Please allow additional time for forms submitted after March 31.

If there are any discrepancies with your statement, please contact the church and we will make sure the correction is made and send you an updated statement. Please allow additional time for forms submitted after March 31.

If you have children under age 18 that contributed under their name in 2024, please list their first and last name.  We will include any donations that may have been entered for them as well. ONLY LIST YOUR MINOR CHILDREN IF THEY MADE A CONTRIBUTION IN THEIR NAME.
